Responsibilities:

• To provide information and solution to customers professionally
• Proactively promote the Company's products and services
• Provide an accurate, efficient and quality service that exceeds the customer's expectations
• Work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals and groups

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field, with at least 2 years' working experience in similar role
• Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good spoken and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

1 Position

Responsibilities:

• Manage and design the production of marketing materials which include flyer, products catalogues.
• Work closely with Sales force, business partners, regional offices, vendors and media owners in relation to marketing efforts.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Mass
• Communications/Graphic Design/Marketing/Business or equivalent.
• Familiar with Graphic Design software.
• Creative, Pro-active and have a passion for marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
• A team player who is able to interact with people at all levels.
• Ability to work independently is a must
